Remove Users from Your Life Hub Account

In order for your members (service users), of your organization to use the Life Hub app, which is managed by Electus Global Education Inc, we need you to share some specific personal information about them, including:
- full name
- date of birth
- associated organization name
- age
- email address.

This data is necessary for the following core functions of the Life Hub app:

- Providing a personalized user experience, including a personal dashboard
- Generating impact reports on app usage and outcomes
- Tailoring learning journeys to each child's needs and progress
- Measuring educational outcomes
- Ensuring diversity, inclusion, and accessibility
- Creating, activating, and managing a Visa rewards card for each child
- Paying children the money they earn through the app

By creating an admin account and uploading this user data, you certify that:

You are an authorized representative of the youth organization, with authority to share this data.
Your organization has already obtained explicit parental consent to collect this specific personal data and share it with third-party service providers like Life Hub, in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
You have provided parents with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, which explain our data practices and use of this specific data for the purposes outlined above, including the issuance of Visa rewards cards and payment of earnings to children.

Parents have been informed of their right to review, correct, or delete their child's data, or withdraw consent for its collection and use, at any time, by contacting your organization.

We take special precautions to protect children's data privacy and security:

All data is encrypted using industry-standard encryption (TLS/SSL) during transit between your systems, our servers, and the end-user's device. Data at rest is encrypted using AES-256 encryption.

Data is stored securely in access-controlled databases. Only authorized personnel at Life Hub and our carefully vetted service providers have access on a need-to-know basis.

Data is automatically deleted when a child's account is closed, or earlier if requested by the parent or your organization. Backups are deleted within 30 days.

Access to personal data is strictly limited and controlled. The data will only be used for the purposes outlined above and will never be sold or shared.
If a parent contacts us directly to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their child's data, or to revoke consent, we will promptly notify you and work with you to honor their request.

Your organization is responsible for managing the parental opt-out process. If a parent withdraws consent, you must promptly notify us so we can disable the child's account and delete their data.

By uploading this children's personal data, you consent to our collection, transfer, storage, and use of that data solely to provide the Life Hub service to your organization and the children it serves, as outlined above and in our policies.
