In order for your child or children to use the Life Hub app, managed by Electus Global Education Inc, we need to collect specific personal information about your child or children, including:

Name of the associated youth organization

This information is crucial for the core functions of the Life Hub app, such as:

Delivering a personalized user experience, including a personal dashboard.
Generating impact reports on app usage and outcomes.
Tailoring learning journeys to each child's needs and progress.
Measuring educational outcomes.
Ensuring diversity, inclusion, and accessibility.
Creating, activating, and managing a Visa rewards card for your child.
Paying your child the money they earn through the app.
By registering your child and providing this data, you affirm that:

You consent to the collection of this specific personal data and its sharing with third-party service providers like Life Hub, in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
You have reviewed our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, which explain our data practices and the use of this data for the purposes outlined above, including the issuance of Visa rewards cards and payment of earnings to children.
You are informed of your right to review, correct, or delete your child’s data, or withdraw consent for its collection and use, at any time, by contacting us directly.

We take special precautions to protect your child's data privacy and security:

All data is encrypted using industry-standard encryption (TLS/SSL) during transit and AES-256 encryption when at rest.
Data is stored securely in access-controlled databases. Access is limited to authorized personnel at Life Hub and our carefully vetted service providers.
Data is automatically deleted when your child's account is closed, or earlier if you request it. Backups are deleted within 30 days.
Your rights include requesting access to, correction of, or deletion of your child’s data, or revoking consent. Should you contact us with such a request, we will promptly respond and coordinate with your child’s associated organization to fulfill your request.

Your consent is required for us to collect, transfer, store, and use this data solely to provide the Life Hub service to your child, as outlined above and in our policies.
